GTBets is an international online betting and gaming platform operating under a licensed regulatory authority. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between GTBets and its users ("you", "player").

By using the GTBets website, mobile app, or any associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

GTBets reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website, and for significant updates, registered users will also be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register on GTBets, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Accounts created with false details may be closed at any time and any balance may be forfeited.

Each individual may only hold one account on GTBets. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any balance held may not be returned. Multiple accounts detected from the same IP address will be investigated.

• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited
• Any suspicious login activity must be reported to GTBets Support immediately

The balance in your account may only be used for betting and gaming. Your GTBets account cannot be used as a bank or payment intermediary.

Only individuals aged 18 or above may register and play on GTBets. Allowing a minor to use GTBets is a breach of parental responsibility.

Before submitting a withdrawal request, every user must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This requires submitting one of the following identity documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — clear photos of both sides
• Passport data page
• Driving License
• Any government-issued photo ID

Once KYC documents are submitted, verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. For larger withdrawals, additional documents may be requested — this is done solely to protect you.

GTBets supports several deposit methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500; the maximum varies by payment method.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals:

• It is recommended to use the same method for both deposits and withdrawals
• Every withdrawal request is processed within 24 hours
• GTBets charges no withdrawal fees of its own — however, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges depending on the payment method used
• All active wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed
• GTBets reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the event of suspicious transactions

Bonus balance and real balance are displayed separately. To withdraw from your bonus balance, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements — these are clearly stated on each bonus offer page.

Once a bet is placed on GTBets and confirmation is received, the bet is considered final. Cancelling a bet is generally not possible except in cases of technical issues.

GTBets may void or cancel a bet under the following circumstances:

• If an event is cancelled or suspended and does not resume within the specified time
• Where odds contain an obvious error (e.g., significantly higher or lower than normal market odds)
• In the event of abnormal circumstances arising during a sporting event
• By direction of the regulatory authority

In the event of a dispute over match results, GTBets accepts the decision of the recognized sports authority as final. If a connection is lost during Live Betting, the bet remains valid — the outcome will be available once the connection is restored.

GTBets regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed. The general bonus terms are outlined below:

• Each bonus carries a specific Wagering Requirement — typically 15–30x the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal
• A minimum odds threshold applies toward wagering requirements — typically 1.50 or above
• Bonuses must be used within a specified number of days after being credited — expired bonuses will be forfeited
• The same offer cannot be claimed more than once per user
• GTBets reserves the right to investigate cases where multiple accounts or multiple family members appear to be claiming the same bonus

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GTBets platform. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension:

• Placing bets on match-fixed events or with prior knowledge of a result
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party without authorisation
• Using GTBets as a channel for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to GTBets systems or engaging in hacking
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Deliberately identifying and exploiting odds errors

If GTBets detects suspicious activity, the account will be temporarily suspended pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the full account balance will be forfeited.

You can request account closure at any time by contacting GTBets Support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

GTBets may close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of these Terms & Conditions
• Evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity
• Running multiple accounts
• Regulatory Authority Directives
• Extended inactivity (12+ months)

Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reactivated before the chosen period ends. This is in place to protect the player.

GTBets maintains the highest technical standards; however, GTBets will not be held liable for the following:

• Betting issues caused by loss of internet connection
• Issues caused by the user's device or software
• Delays from third-party payment gateways or banks
• Issues during unscheduled server maintenance or updates
• Unexpected outcomes due to sports event cancellations or changes

GTBets is not liable for any financial losses resulting from betting or gaming. Betting is a risky activity — always participate only with money you can afford to lose.

GTBets operates under an international gaming licence. Any disputes relating to these terms will be resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations set by GTBets's licensing authority.
